  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     
     1.  On page 1, strike lines 13 through 15 and insert in lieu
  thereof "DRUGS; AMENDING A SECTION OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE CODE.".
  
     2.  On page 3, strike lines 14 through 25 and strike all of
  pages 4 through 9.,
  
  and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
