     Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                   SENATE BILL 8, as amended
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.   Strike Senate Ways and Means Committee Amendments 1 and 2. 
  
     2.   On page 13, strike lines 21 through 25, and on page 14,
  strike lines 1 through 5 and insert in lieu thereof:
  
                    "(b) a person having a legal interest in the
  property that is subject to the audit;
  
                    (c) a purchaser of products severed from a
  property subject to the audit; or".
