  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  On page 2, line 1, insert "and" following the semicolon.
  
    2.  On page 2, line 7, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu   thereof of a period.
  
    3.  On page 2, strike all of lines 8 through 16.,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
