0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE

0013|     COURTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING STATE MATCHING FUNDS FOR A

0018|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0019|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty-one thousand five hundred
    |
0020|     sixty-three dollars ($41,563) is appropriated from the general
    |
0021|     fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure
    |
0022|     in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of providing state matching
    |
0023|     funds for a federal grant to finance implementation of necessary
    |
0024|     changes in judicial proceedings related to child abuse, child
    |
0025|     neglect, foster care and adoption.  Any unexpended or
    |
0001|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0002|     shall revert to the general fund.
