APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars | 0017| ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the labor | 0018| department for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose | 0019| of funding a youth opportunities in retail sales school-to-work | 0020| initiative.
