  Mr. President:
  
    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                    SENATE BILL 62, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "Three million three
  hundred forty-three thousand twenty-six dollars ($3,343,026)" and
  insert in lieu thereof "Three million five hundred twenty-seven
  thousand four hundred twenty-six dollars ($3,527,426)".
  
    2.  On page 3, between lines 2 and 3 insert the following new
  paragraph:
  
        "(7)  one hundred eighty-four thousand four hundred
  dollars ($184,400) to the seventh judicial district attorney's office
  for five full-time equivalent positions and operating expenses;".
  
    3.  Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
