  APPROPRIATION".
  
    2.  On page 2, line 8, strike "1997" and insert in lieu thereof
  "1998".
  
    3.  On page 3, line 15, strike "1997" and insert in lieu thereof
  "1998".
  
    4.  On page 5, strike lines 13 through 23 in their entirety.
  
    5.  Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
