APPROPRIATION.-- | 0017| A. One hundred thirty-nine thousand eight hundred | 0018| eighteen dollars ($139,818) is appropriated from the general | 0019| fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for | 0020| expenditure in fiscal year 1997 to expand and enhance programs | 0021| at the Clayton livestock research center. The appropriation | 0022| shall be distributed in the following amounts to the following | 0023| entities: | 0024| (1) forty-nine thousand one hundred twenty-five | 0025| dollars ($49,125) to the cooperative extension service; and | 0001| (2) ninety thousand six hundred ninety-three | 0002| dollars ($90,693) to the agricultural experiment station. | 0003| B.
