0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CONTINUATION OF A CHILD ABUSE

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($65,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of continuing a child abuse prevention program of home
    |
0020|     visitation in Santa Fe county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to
    |
0022|     the general fund.
