    1.  On page 2, line 10, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof
  "nine".
  
    2.  On page 2, line 20, strike "nine-tenths" and insert in lieu
  thereof "four-tenths",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
