    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 359
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  On page 2, line 15, strike "exclusive" and insert in lieu
  thereof "primary".
  
    2.  On page 4, line 13, after the period strike the remainder of
  the line, line 14 in its entirety and line 15 through "later.".
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
