0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EDUCATIONAL COMPUTER SYSTEMS FOR THE

0013|     WESTSIDE COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0018|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0019|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of purchasing and installing educational computer
    |
0021|     systems, including software and instructional services, for the
    |
0022|     Westside community center in the city of Albuquerque.  Any
    |
0023|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0024|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
