0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the third
    |
0018|     judicial district for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of supporting a teen court program in the Gadsden public
    |
0020|     schools in Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to
    |
0022|     the general fund.
