0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CHAPARRAL COMMUNITY CENTER IN

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0018|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0019|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of equipping and furnishing the Chaparral community
    |
0021|     center in Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0022|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to
    |
0023|     the general fund.
