0012|     RELATING TO CAPITAL EXPENDITURES; CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF AN

0013|     APPROPRIATION FOR A YOUTH FOOTBALL FIELD IN BERNALILLO COUNTY;

0014|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|       Section 1.  GENERAL FUND--DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND
    |
0018|     ADMINISTRATION--CHANGE IN PURPOSE--APPROPRIATION.--The general
    |
0019|     fund appropriation to the local government division of the
    |
0020|     department of finance and administration for the construction of
    |
0021|     football fields and other facilities at Bullhead park located in
    |
0022|     Bernalillo county, pursuant to Subsection KKKKKK of Section 24
    |
0023|     of Chapter 222 of Laws 1995, shall not be expended for its
    |
0024|     original purpose but is appropriated to plan, design, construct
    |
0025|     or equip a football field in Albuquerque located in Bernalillo
    |
0001|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
    |
0002|     end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0003|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0004|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
    |
