0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR LAND, A BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT FOR

0013|     THE TORRANCE COUNTY DISTRICT TWO VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($85,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0018|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0019|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of acquiring land, constructing or acquiring a building
    |
0021|     and acquiring and maintaining fire equipment for the Torrance
    |
0022|     county district two volunteer fire department.  Any unexpended
    |
0023|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0024|     shall revert to the general fund.
