APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars | 0019| ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of | 0020| regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal | 0021| year 1997 to enable the college of engineering to conduct | 0022| research and other activities related to the acquisition of | 0023| federal funds for the establishment of a dedicated fusion energy | 0024| laboratory in New Mexico.
