0012|     MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE PRIMARY

0013|     CARE CAPITAL FUNDING ACT AND THE RURAL PRIMARY HEALTH CARE ACT.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATIONS.--
    |
0017|            A.  Five million dollars ($5,000,000) is appropriated
    |
0018|     from the general fund to the primary care capital fund for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1997 and subsequent fiscal years to
    |
0020|     carry out the purposes of the Primary Care Capital Funding Act.
    |
0021|            B.  Six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) is
    |
0022|     appropriated from the general fund to the department of health
    |
0023|     for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 to carry out the purposes of
    |
0024|     the Rural Primary Health Care Act.
    |
0025|            C.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0001|     appropriated in Subsection A of this section remaining at the
    |
0002|     end of any fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund. 
    |
0003|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance appropriated in
    |
0004|     Subsection B of this section remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0005|     1997 shall revert to the general fund.
