0012|     RELATING TO INSURANCE FUNDS; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Thirteen million eight hundred
    |
0016|     eighty-two thousand fifty-four dollars ($13,882,054) is
    |
0017|     appropriated from the general fund for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0018|     year 1997 to the following funds in the following amounts:
    |
0019|            A.  four hundred two thousand sixty-four dollars
    |
0020|     ($402,064) to the surety bond fund;
    |
0021|            B.  nine hundred eighty-four thousand eight hundred
    |
0022|     twenty-nine dollars ($984,829) to the public property reserve
    |
0023|     fund; and
    |
0024|            C.  twelve million four hundred ninety-five thousand
    |
0025|     one hundred sixty-one dollars ($12,495,161) to the workers'
    |
0001|     compensation retention fund.
