     Your TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been

                    HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 35
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     
     1.  On page 2, line 18, strike "convene and lead a task force"
  and insert in lieu thereof "meet with the coordinating council".
  
     2.  On page 2, line 22, strike "committee" and insert in lieu
  thereof "committees".
  
     3.  On page 2, strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety and
  on page 3, strike lines 1 through 4 in their entirety.
