                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
     
     1.   On page 2, line 20, strike "all" and insert in lieu
  thereof "a percentage of".
  
     2.   On page 2, line 21, strike "generated by" and insert in
  lieu thereof "proportional to".
  
     3.   On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike "limited English-proficient" and insert in lieu thereof "bilingual".
