SILVA | 0006| | 0007| | 0008| | 0009| | 0010| | 0011| A JOINT MEMORIAL | 0012| RECOGNIZING MARCH 18-24, 1996 AS "LONG-TERM CARE ADMINISTRATORS | 0013| WEEK". | 0014| | 0015| WHEREAS, nursing home residents experience good health and | 0016| general well-being because long-term care administrators in New | 0017| Mexico are dedicated to their profession and concerned about | 0018| their patients' welfare; and | 0019| WHEREAS, these administrators faithfully provide | 0020| specialized and long-term care services, while remaining aware | 0021| of each resident's need for dignity and independence; and | 0022| WHEREAS, long-term care administrators are committed to | 0023| keeping up to date on numerous health-related topics and issues | 0024| to ensure that quality care standards are maintained; | 0025| NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE | 0001| STATE OF NEW MEXICO that it congratulate long-term care | 0002| administrators for their dedication and professionalism and for | 0003| ensuring that their patients are provided quality care with | 0004| genuine concern; and | 0005| BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it hereby recognize March | 0006| 18-24, 1996 as "Long-Term Care Administrators Week" in New | 0007| Mexico and encourage all citizens to join them in celebrating | 0008| the selfless commitment of these devoted administrators; and | 0009| BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this memorial be | 0010| transmitted to the New Mexico chapter of the American college of | 0011| health care administrators. | 0012|  |
