  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  On page 2, line 25, strike the words "telephone surcharges
  and".
  
    2.  On page 3, line 6, after the word "other" insert
  "appropriate" and after the word "taxation" strike the word "or"
  and insert the word "and".
  
    3.  On page 3, line 7, strike the words "telecommunication
  regulation" and insert "revenue",
  
  and thence referred to the WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE.
