    1.  On page 1, line 11, strike "COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION"
  and insert in lieu thereof "UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO".
    
    2.  On page 3, line 6, strike "commission on higher education"
  and insert in lieu thereof "university of New Mexico".
  
    3.  On page 3, lines 10 and 11, strike "commission on higher
  education" and insert in lieu thereof "university of New Mexico".
  
    4.  On page 3, line 14, strike "commission on higher education"
  and insert in lieu thereof "university of New Mexico",
