  and insert in lieu thereof "university of New Mexico".
  
    2.  On page 2, line 15 and 16, strike "commission on higher 
  education" and insert in lieu thereof "university of New Mexico".
  
    3.  On page 2, line 20, strike "commission on higher education"
  and insert in lieu thereof "university of New Mexico".
