0012|     REQUESTING THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF

0013|     FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO CONSTRUCT A RECREATIONAL FACILITY

0014|     IN THE WESTLAND AREA.

0016|       WHEREAS, Senate Bill 699 would appropriate one million
    |
0017|     dollars ($1,000,000) to the local government division of the
    |
0018|     department of finance and administration for the purpose of
    |
0019|     planning, designing and constructing a recreational facility in
    |
0020|     Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and
    |
0021|       WHEREAS, the Westland area is in need of a recreational
    |
0022|     facility;
    |
0023|       NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE
    |
0024|     STATE OF NEW MEXICO that, pursuant to the availability of funds,
    |
0025|     the local government division of the department of finance and
    |
0001|     administration be requested to apply those funds to construction
    |
0002|     of a recreational facility in the Westland area of Bernalillo
    |
0003|     county; and
    |
0004|       BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this memorial be
    |
0005|     transmitted to the secretary of finance and administration and
    |
0006|     the Bernalillo county commission.
