       Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE,
  to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 30
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 6, line 4, after "purchase" strike "of waterdogs"
  and insert in lieu thereof "of tiger salamanders, Ambystoma
  tigrinum, commonly called waterdogs,".
  
       2.  On page 6, line 6, after the period insert "However, there
  shall be no prohibition against killing of venomous reptiles in
  defense of persons or private property.".,
  
  and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
