       Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                  HOUSE BILL 34, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   Strike Voters and Elections Committee Amendment No. 1.
  
       2.   On page 1, line 24, strike the semicolon and insert in
  lieu thereof ", the governing board of a technical and vocational
  institute district, the governing board of an area vocational school
  or the community college board of a community college;".,
  
  and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
