On page 2, line 6, delete the closing quotation mark, and between lines 6 and 7, insert the following new subsection: "C. Nothing in this act shall be construed to mean an adult, including an incapacitated adult or a protected adult, is abused, neglected, being denied essential services or in need of protective services for the sole reason he relies upon or is being furnished with spiritual treatment through prayer alone in accordance with the express or implied intent of the adult; nor shall anything in this act be construed to authorize or require any medical care or treatment in contravention of the express or implied wish of that adult."". 2. On page 10, line 14, strike "their own". 3. On page 10, line 15, after the word "exploitation" insert "within their facilities, operation and control". 4. On page 28, line 8, strike the word "petty".
