       Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 108
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 5, lines 10 and 11, strike "any appropriation" and
  insert in lieu thereof "the two million dollars ($2,000,000) of
  liquor excise tax revenues distributed".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
