0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES IN THE

0012|     VILLAGE OF COCHITI LAKE IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of providing operational and staffing funds for
    |
0020|     emergency medical services in the village of Cochiti Lake
    |
0021|     located in Sandoval county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0022|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0023|     to the general fund.
