0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR DESIGNING, PLANNING, RIGHTS OF WAY

0012|     ACQUISITIONS AND CONSTRUCTING CERTAIN ROADS IN THE SOUTH VALLEY

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred twenty-seven
    |
0017|     thousand dollars ($627,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0018|     fund to the state highway and transportation department for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of designing,
    |
0020|     planning, rights of way acquisitions and constructing,
    |
0021|     including necessary drainage improvements, Hooper, Vito Romero,
    |
0022|     Goff and Gallegos roads in the south valley area of Bernalillo
    |
0023|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0024|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
