0011|     RELATING TO WATER; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000)
    |
0017|     is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents
    |
0018|     of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0019|     1998 for the purpose of publishing a booklet on agricultural
    |
0020|     water conservation techniques.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
