  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 13, before the period insert "AND SMALL
  BUSINESSES".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 23, after "agribusinesses", insert ",
  small businesses".
  
       3.  On page 1, line 25, before the period insert "or
  businesses".
  
       4.  On page 2, line 3, before the period insert " and small
  business means a business with fewer than fifteen employees".
