0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR THE

0012|     CHAPARRAL COMMUNITY CRIME PATROL IN OTERO COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eight thousand seven hundred
    |
0016|     fifty dollars ($8,750) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the local government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of purchasing equipment and supplies for the Chaparral
    |
0020|     community crime patrol of the Chaparral recreation office in
    |
0021|     Otero county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0022|     at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general
    |
0023|     fund.
