0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0018|     engineer for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of
    |
0019|     supplemental hydrographic survey work for lower Rio Grande
    |
0020|     water users in Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.

0008|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0011|     of the state engineer for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0012|     the purpose of funding local participation of the lower Rio
    |
0013|     Grande water users organization, an organization comprised of
    |
0014|     governmental entities, to complete a hydrographic survey in
    |
0015|     Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0016|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0017|     general fund.
