APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars | 0016| ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local | 0017| government division of the department of finance and | 0018| administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for a water | 0019| quality measurement program for lower Rio Grande water users in | 0020| Dona Ana county to complete obligations pursuant to the Texas- | 0021| New Mexico settlement agreement.
