       Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to
  whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 369
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, strike lines 11 and 12, and on line 13 strike
  the words "before the board;".
  
       2.  Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
  
       3.  On page 4, strike lines 2 and 3, and on line 4 strike the
  words "before the board;".
  
       4.  Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.,
  
  and thence referred to the GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS
  COMMITTEE.
