0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR A REGIONAL WATER STUDY

0012|     FOR THE COMMUNITIES OF TIERRA AMARILLA, LA PUENTE, LOS OJOS,

0013|     LOS BRAZOS AND ENSENADA LOCATED IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0019|     for the purpose of conducting a joint regional water study for
    |
0020|     the communities of Tierra Amarilla, La Puente, Los Ojos, Los
    |
0021|     Brazos and Ensenada located in Rio Arriba county.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
