  Mr. Speaker:
  
       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 467
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, lines 7 through 8, strike "pervasive
  developmental disorder or autism" and insert in lieu thereof
  "clinical depression".
  
       2.  On page 2, line 8, strike the comma after "disorder" and
  insert in lieu thereof "or".
  
       3.  On page 2, line 9, strike "or any major depressive
  disorder".
