On page 1, line 24, after "service" insert "maximum federal". 2. On page 1, line 24, after "rate" strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 25 through "year". 3. On page 2, line 2, after "rate" strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 3 through "cent". 4. On page 2, line 17, strike "in effect on January 1 of each year" and insert in lieu thereof "as provided in Section 2-1-8 NMSA 1978". 5. On page 2, line 22, after "rate" strike the remainder of the line and strike all the underscored material on line 23. 6. On page 2, strike all of line 24 and line 25 and insert in lieu thereof: "at the air mileage rate set out by the regulations governing the Per Diem and Mileage Act adopted by the department of finance and administration on".
