      Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                     HOUSE BILL 625, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  Strike House Consumer and Public Affairs Committee
  Amendment 1.
  
      2.  On page 1, line 23, after the comma insert "except the
  parent or guardian or adult spouse of any minor, or adult person
  into whose custody any court has committed the minor for the time,".
  
      3.  On page 2, line 10, after "beverages" insert "or to enter
  any licensed premise with the intent to commit the foregoing acts,
  unless the minor is in the actual, visible, personal presence of the
  minor's parent, guardian or adult spouse or the adult person into

  whose custody any court has committed the minor for the time".
