     HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR
                        HOUSE BILL 650
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "Two hundred forty-
  three thousand dollars ($243,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Two
  hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)".
