0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A HISTORIC CEMETERY IN COLUMBUS IN

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Nine thousand dollars ($9,000)
    |
0016|     is appropriated from the general fund to the local government
    |
0017|     division of the department of finance and administration for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of purchasing
    |
0019|     material and constructing a fence around a historic cemetery in
    |
0020|     the village of Columbus in Luna county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
