  Mr. Speaker:
  
       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 906
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 21, strike "willfully refusing" and insert
  in lieu thereof "the intentional refusal".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 23, strike the third occurrence of a
  comma.
  
       3.  On page 1, strike line 25 in its entirety and insert in
  lieu thereof "the reckless driving of a motor vehicle with the
  intention of fleeing from a uniformed officer in pursuit of the
  vehicle and endangering".
  
       4.  On page 2, line 1, strike "jeopardizes".
  
       5.  On page 2, strike lines 2 through 6 in their entirety and
  insert in lieu thereof the following:
  
                 "(1)  an officer in pursuit of the fleeing vehicle;
  
                 (2)  a pedestrian in the immediate vicinity of the
  fleeing vehicle; or
  
                 (3)  the occupants of any other vehicle in the
  immediate vicinity of the fleeing vehicle.".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
