       Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 938
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
       
       1.  On page 2, line 3, after the second period strike the
  remainder of the line, strike line 4 through the comma and insert in
  lieu thereof "The legislature shall appropriate".
  
       2.  On page 2, line 5, strike "is appropriated".
  
       3.  On page 2, line 6, after "Fe" insert "in accordance with
  the state's four-year major capital improvements plan".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
