  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 2, line 10, after "committees," strike the
  remainder of the line and all of line 11.
  
       2.   On page 4, line 5, strike "form" and insert in lieu
  thereof "from".
  
       3.   On page 4, line 24, after "fund." strike the remainder of
  the line and all of line 25.
  
       4.   On page 5, line 1, strike "the fund.".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
