       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 981
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, line 15, after the period insert:
  
  "Interference under this section shall not include efforts by
  facilities or individuals to establish whether there is reasonable
  cause to believe that there is resident abuse, neglect or
  exploitation.".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
