0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR A

0012|     COURT-APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATES PROGRAM.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($45,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the third
    |
0017|     judicial district for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 to
    |
0018|     continue funding for the court-appointed special advocates
    |
0019|     program.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0020|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
