0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0017|     of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of making various repairs and purchasing equipment,
    |
0019|     books and supplies for the Jemez Springs public library in
    |
0020|     Sandoval county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
